    Many of the benefits mentioned about fish oils is very similar to the benefits you get with B12 Vitamin shots – which i have been on for a while now.

    They are great as an energy booster, high metabolism (burner fat faster), mood enhancer and fights depression, brain shrinkage, Alzheimer and most importantly they are great for your nervous system.

    Just wanted to share my experience with B12 shots which is quite similar to Fish Oil apparentaly
