A little later than usual, but as promised, here are the weekly tips.
Allow me to introduce TABATA.
We use Tabatas in our boot camp every week, as it’s proven to be one of the best fat burning techniques available, and yes, it really can be done in under 10 mins per day.

Our current clients in the gym and at our boot camp will testify that this is one of the hardest things they have ever done. But, it gets great results! Don’t you just love the idea of getting your cardio done in under 10 minutes, burning lots of fat and preserving your all important muscle mass. I know I do. Cross trainer be gone!!!
In our boot camp, I like to put 2 or 3 pairs of Tabatas together, but that’s because I am mean and nasty! Actually, it is because they are so effective, and all our clients demand great results, so we give them exactly what they want. Lots of fat burning and fantastic results 🙂
My favourite pair is jumping squats into press ups. The mix of lower body to upper body exercises really gets the heart working at a maximum, and it doesn’t matter how fit you think you are, this will work you harder than ever before.
