Burn Fat Like A Blast Furnace!

Hey guys,

I want to tell you about another highly effective fat burning circuit I have been using in the gym recently…

It takes about fifteen minutes, so can be done when you are pushed for time.

HOWEVER – Don’t let the length of the workout fool you as this is brutal and extremely effective at burning maximum amounts of body fat.

Just as importantly, this will also preserve your precious muscle tissue, unlike “conventional” cardio workouts which tend to use your muscle as a source of fuel, which is certainly what you don’t want.

Here is the workout:

A1. Walking lunges x 12 on each leg (12 one way then 12 back) – start with Body Weight B/W. If you can do 10 sets with B/W then start to use dumbbells

A2. 10 Jumping squats, get as much height as you can. Too easy use a weighted vest.

A3. 10 Press ups. Too easy use a weighted vest, or a rucksack with weights in it.

A4. 20 Mountain climbers. Make sure they are full repetitions!

Rest for 90 seconds, repeat 6 – 10 times depending on your level of fitness, your determination, and your ability to deal with extreme pain 🙂

A1, A2, A3 and A4 means each exercise is done back to back without a break. You get 90 seconds break after each round. This workout is an example of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
