I talked about a few of my favourite fat burning circuits a while back in previous posts and now I have finally got round to filming them and getting them onto the BLOG.
First up we have a great TABATA circuit consisting of KB swings into Box jumps and Burpees. It’s a very tough, full body conditioning circuit designed to burn loads of fat and what’s more important is that your metabolism is raised for up-to 48 hrs which means you continue to burn body fat long after you finish. Sounds like a great idea to me 🙂
The video only shows rounds one and two of the circuit. Repeat the circuit 4 times for a total of four minutes. Remember it is 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated. it gives you an idea of what kind of moves we do at Ultimate City Bootcamps, all in great form and being motivated along the way 🙂

Next we have a “Metabolic finisher” that I made up. I like the variety of exercises in it and the fact that it works nearly all the major muscle groups. This means that it has a high energy expenditure and will continue to burn calories long after you finish your workout. Extreme fat loss in about 15 mins. No cross trainer or stepper in sight 🙂
